We hope everyone is having a good week! We've been busy here planning for winter (plenty of fresh, organic food will be available- more info to come!). Those beautiful fresh carrots you've been clamoring for are ready to harvest and available this week. We also have tender Red Russian Kale and Escarole ready to harvest for you. There's a wonderful diversity of veggies this week, so have fun playing with your swaps and additions. We're also expanding our offerings from other local producers through Grazecart here. You can now order local, grass fed, and organic milk and butter from Oasis to be delivered with your share. We have a few new cheeses as well, including the famed "Birchrun Blue." We also have local, pastured eggs from neighboring producers again. If you haven't used Grazecart before and need help getting set up, just send Rebecca an email: rebecca@flyingplowfarm.com | Eat and be well! ~The Flying Plow Team
