This seedling greenhouse is really coming together! We installed the heater, pictured here, earlier in the week. We're also feverishly seeding in anticipation of spring. Lots of great greens to harvest for you this week-- take advantage of the amazingly sweet Red Russian Kale in addition to Collards, Chard, and Curly Kale. Looks like we'll get a tease of spring weather this week- eat & be well!
