We're getting some nice rain showers here on the farm, bringing to the forefront an olfactory perception of springs past. The seasons, while constantly changing, always bring forgotten memories, even if they're only one year in the rearview mirror. Spring after spring, laying the ground work for the bounty of summer when the days will be longer and the harvest at its most robust and diverse. Meanwhile even in the most quiet production time here on the farm, this land still feeds us fully. Take advantage of storage crops like potatoes & sweet potatoes and those beautiful tender lettuces coming out of the high tunnels. Eat & be well!
