More and more veggies are making their way from the field to your table. This Fridays excitement: crisp carrots, beautiful beets and the most massive bunches of scallions you have ever seen. Although the children (and adults) here on the farm are dreading the end of strawberry season, we are beyond thankful for the steady rain this week that has taken the pressure off our irrigation.
Soon to come - cabbages, more berries and summer squash!
