The final week of the 2019 Main Harvest Season is the week of Mon, Nov 19 – Sun, Nov 24.
As a convenience to you, your farm share will automatically renew for the 2020 Main Season on November 1, 2019, unless you have opted out of this option. You should have received an email about your membership details on that day. You will be defaulted into the payment option you chose when you first placed your order. The auto renew process was part of the member agreement at your initial sign up.
You can find full details on our website or the Harvie sign up page, but a quick summary of the 2020 Harvest Season:
- Main Harvest 2020 season will start on Week of May 25th, 2020
- This will be a 26 week season
- Your location, day and time will all remain the same, by default, but can be changed

Opt to pay in full and we’ll add a $25 extra credits to your account to use anytime.*
-AND-
if you pay in full prior to November 22, you’ll receive a $10 DISCOUNT COUPON to be used for the purchase of a Thanksgiving Share.**
FAQ
What if I don’t want to participate in this season or want to change my payment option?
To opt out of auto renew or change your payment options, log into your Harvie account here → My Profile → Auto Renew Settings. Update your auto renew settings.
What if I need to change my location, pick up day, or share size?
No problem, let us know and we can make the change for you or you can make changes to your order during the grace period.
What if I don’t want the next season but want to participate in the future?
Just login and uncheck the auto renew box. When you are ready to join us again, just sign up as you normally would. You’ll still have an account with us!
Why are we doing auto renew vs. traditional sign up methods?
Auto renew is done as a courtesy to you. Simply “set it and forget it” and continue to get farm-fresh produce from us season to season without missing a delivery. You no longer have to remember to sign up every season. We take the worry out of it. This also ensures your spot gets saved before sign up opens to the general public!
What if I already signed up for the next season?
If you have already signed up for the next season you will not be auto renewed again and can disregard this message!
