With the warm temps the past week, the greens are growing like crazy! You'll see lots of them on the harvest list, including red Russian kale, arugula, greens mix and lettuce mix, along with chard, kale and collards. Also on the list you'll find yellow and red onions, both from Lancaster Farm Fresh, our regional organic cooperative. We are grateful for the high quality, local organic options that they're able to provide when our supply runs out!
