November doesn’t slow much down around here, and as we grow more in the winter, the work shifts, but not slows. Brittany pretty much harvests from sun up to sun down. Farm Happenings for Wk 44, Oct.29, 2018
The last major planting of the season is happening this week: garlic. Or maybe it is the first planting for next season. Either way you look at it, about 8500 individual cloves are due to get tucked in the ground, covered with a bed of mulch, and grow into the 2019 garlic crop to harvest next July.1 read more »
