Tomatoes, eggplant and green beans lets us know its summer in Alabama, right along with the hot muggy weather! This week many of you will receive arugula from Bad Goat Greens. Their farm is in Wetumpka and they grow a variety of greens. They sell to many area restaurants and you can also find them at the Montgomery Curb Market on Saturdays.
It came to my attention I needed to let you all know who bakes the wonderful bread offered each week. Yuliya Childers aka "The bread lady" is the owner/baker of Wild Yeast Kitchen, she does home delivery in Prattville and can be found at the Montgomery Curb Market on Saturdays. Last Fall she agreed to offer her fresh baked bread to our CSA members. What a blessing!
