Hello Farmshare Members,
Happy July! Harvest season is in FULL swing on the farm. The harvest crew has been starting early in the morning and working into the evenings picking veggies for the farmshare, farmers markets and our wholesale accounts. We've been reveling in the bounty and the satisfaction of sending a lot of food out into the world.
As the season shifts, we are moving away from some of the tender bagged greens of spring like arugula, spicy mix and baby kale. But don't worry, you'll see those again in the fall!
Over the last couple weeks we weeded and thinned beets and carrots, they will be sizing up and ready to harvest in a few weeks. And new this week we have some beautiful cauliflower coming your way!
