It has been such a beautiful spring to be working as your gardeners growing food for your family. While many people find themselves at home with their families during this time of quarantine it is a privilege that we enjoy most of the time normally. Just this last week we worked together getting your potatoes fertilized with extra compost and mulched with hay. Most of the time I am working alone while Dorothy works with the kids on their school or chores. But in this case they all came up before supper and helped me the mulch applied and a few spent crops and weeds pulled up. When done together caring for your crops can be fun, although it is not without its opportunities to learn perseverance and character! Thanks for supporting us and allowing us to be your farmers.
