With our new grow tunnels we have the potential to produce a lot more this winter, but we have a short window to get everything started and planted before cold weather sets in. I can't believe it was in the 90's just a week and a half ago! So we have been busy getting beds prepped and planted. I have around 7,000 seedlings started in the greenhouse right now!
