Mary’s busy baking these days, putting Christmas goodies in the freezer for when our family will gather. Baking takes lots of eggs, so it’s time to stock up! We have plenty of eggs available for your holiday baking.
We also have some of Mary’s shortbread this week, and she will bake more for our next delivery, December 23, just in time for Christmas. Also on the farm stand list this week are Carola, Adirondack Red, and Adirondack Blue potatoes, plus grass-fed beef, local honey, strawberry and raspberry jam.
