Most Thanksgiving tables include a dish of mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes—or maybe scalloped potatoes or candied sweet potatoes. However you cook them, they’re bound to be delicious. We have both regular potatoes and sweet potatoes on our farm stand this week, just in time for your Thanksgiving feast.
Also on our list this week is a special treat, Mary’s shortbread. This buttery Scottish confection is simply delicious, and just right for a holiday dessert. We also still have green peppers, poblano peppers, romaine lettuce, and sage and thyme. Plus plenty of eggs, local honey, raspberry and strawberry jam, and grass-fed beef.
