Spring is definitely on the way! The weather is unsettled, however, with temperatures fluctuating from 70 degrees to the 40s during the day. At the farm, we’re happy to see the earliest spring flowers blooming—snowdrops (pictured) and snow crocuses.
The days are getting longer, and that makes the chickens happy and encourages them to lay more eggs. So we have a good amount of those on the farm stand this week. We also have our own grass-fed beef, along with red raspberry jam and local honey.
Our next delivery date will be March 24. Enjoy the warmer weather!
