Ah, spring! Green grass, blossoming trees, birds singing. We’re enjoying these sights and sounds at the farm. The first seeds have been planted in the early garden, and the seedlings we started indoors are growing well.
This delivery we offer the last of our Yukon Gold potatoes. They’re beginning to sprout in our root cellar. We’re also listing the first of this year’s produce—fresh herbs!
Also on the farm stand this week: lots of eggs (the hens are really going to town!), garlic, strawberry and raspberry jam, local honey, and our own grass-fed beef. Next delivery will be May 4.
