Ron has begun digging sweet potatoes, and found this beautiful clump on the first try. When separated, the sweet potatoes almost filled a half-bushel basket! They’re on the farm stand this week, along with lots of red raspberries, tomatoes, and kale.
Also listed are green and wax beans, sweet peppers, garlic, beets, fresh herbs, and a small amount of romaine lettuce. Plus eggs and grassfed beef from the farm, our own jam, and local honey from Mullet Apiaries.
