The weather has turned very warm, and everything is greening up at the farm. Early crops are growing in our small garden, and tomato, onion, kale, broccoli, and Brussels sprout seedlings are spending more time outdoors, hardening up to be planted in the gardens.
Some of the herbs that overwintered are growing nicely, so we’ve added a few of those to the farm stand list this week. And of course we have lots of farm-fresh eggs and grass-fed beef, along with our own jams and local honey. Soon we’ll have garden produce to add to the mix!
