We've finally made it, spring CSA is here! Our spring CSA consists of four weeks of fresh greens, early roots, herbs and eggs. Pickup is on the farm from 2:30-7pm, more details will be available in your pick up reminder email.
Here's what's coming off the farm this week:
Mesclun Salad Mix
Spinach
Arugula
Radishes
Baby Bok Choy
Scallions
And of course, eggs, so many eggs.
Baby Bok Choy is one of my favorite seasonal greens, we only grow it in the spring and fall as it flowers quickly in the heat. These babies are absolutely prime right now. My favorite way to prep them is to pull each stem off of the base, give them a quick rinse and throw them in a stir fry.
