First Boxes, First Fruits

As a farmer, I’m tempted to tell you about all the cool new methods we are trying this year, but this is just your first delivery! I’ll spare you the gory details for now, and just say that we have some delicious produce available for you all this week. It is true that the first couple of weeks will be light on variety, but it’s also a good opportunity to make some truly delicious salads that are heavy on the greens. They don’t get much better! Spring is when the greens are best, even though it feels like spring got missed again this year and we went from winter straight into summer.  If you find that you like these first couple of deliveries, don’t worry things only get better from here!
