A Cool and Necessary Task

When we harvest 20 bins of cucumbers and zucchini the walk-in cooler seems crowded no matter how big we build it.

I caught on video the Farmer and our pack room coordinator, Danielle, reorganizing the stacks of bins in the walk-in. We have to keep things organized so we can access everything efficiently and pack your boxes each day.

It is a welcome task on a hot day!
