We want you to have the best experience with us as possible. Don't forget to set your preferences so you can get the things you love put right into your box!
How does it work? Harvie automatically fills your box with the things you have rated higher up in your preferences. Do you always want eggs or bread in your box? Then you will want to select, "Include ever time it's available!" Rating items you love higher won't guarantee that you will get those items every single week, but it does give you a better chance. Plus, we hope you know that you can always CUSTOMIZE your box. You control what goes in and what stays out- so be sure to customize each week by the 7pm Sunday cut off time. - Newly created Dried Flower arrangements that are now available to you - Wreaths, Sprays, and Bouquets. These would be PERFECT for your Fall Decor and / or Holiday gift giving.
- A new variety of gourmet mushroom from Keystone Mycology: Black Pearl Trumpet
- New Veggies that we haven't seen in awhile: Broccoli, Haikuri Turnips, Lacinato Kale, and Swiss Chard
- Several Apple Varieties to try- what's your favorite?

Please Keep in Mind: This next week, we may need to make some delivery day changes for some of our members. As we analyze the routes and gain new members things may change, out of necessity, for some of you. Thank you ahead of time for your patience as we figure out the best way to deliver farm fresh produce to you this winter. We take into account many factors when planning the delivery routes especially with the winter weather and darker days quickly approaching. We will keep you posted if anything needs to change for you.
VERY IMPORTANT: Check your preferences: your box will be automatically filled with the items YOU prefer. You can always change items out, but sometimes our veggies, especially, are limited so it is best to have your box filled with your preferences on the first pass. You can change your preferences at anytime throughout the season.
EVEN MORE IMPORTANT!! Customize: Once you receive this email, you can now customize your box. Customize your box by swapping and/or adding additional items you like from our ever-growing selection of high quality organic foods and products. You can swap or add in your Harvie account and your card will be charged upon finalization of your order. The customization window will open on Fridays and close at 7pm on Sunday.
Add another item to your cart: Your market box is like your grocery budget for the week. Check to see if you have "more value" left in your box by going to customization - click on your cart - then click back to the items. If you have left over value in your share, try adding another low cost item to your cart.
What we need from you: RETURN BOXES...
If you are getting a box delivered: Please remember to put your box out before your next delivery so the driver can take it back to the farm to be reused. Before returning your box (and other packing materials) for pick up - please remove your box label. Why? It saves Farmer Reuben and the crew much time :)
However..... please do SAVE YOUR LABEL if you are missing an item or something is unsatisfactory, Farmer Reuben and the team really do want to know about it. Sending us a picture of your label will help us diagnose our error in the pack line and make improvements. (You can discard your labels afterward.) See more information about your box at the end of this happening.
