I took some beautiful pictures of a couple of your shares last week! You all sure know how to make a box. Right now we are loving the broccoli. I made some broccoli cheese soup that was AWESOME. This week we got lucky and dodged a bunch of rain. We got into the field, tilled, made beds for the fall crops and got a bunch of cultivation done. Our potatoes are flowering right now which means baby potatoes are starting to form. We also got our first planting of field tomatoes staked and we plan on mulching and tying them today.
We have a lot of new exciting crops this week including beets and garlic scapes. Basil will be coming soon!
