We've got a lot of summer fruits going at the farm. Tomatoes, peppers, squash, and many potatoes! We have a bumper crop this year, so load up on roasted and mashed pots. We are still trying to get some leaves on your table. Right now we are limited to cabbage, some arugula, and some kale. We are alternating arugula and limited salad until we starting getting a lot of it. Our July plantings of bunching greens (kale, collards, chard) are starting to size up so look for that in two weeks.
Reminders: please remember to make your name signs (first AND last names) big, beautiful and visible on your dashboard or window for pickup so we can look ahead and get your box ready for you.
