Farm Update
I hope all of you found the time to protect your homes before this crazy Winter weather! Kaden and I worked really hard last week to harvest extra veggies and prep our fields for the low temps and snow. Our inventory selection will be more limited this week, because we have a much shorter harvest window.
Kaden and I are really grateful for all of our amazing friends! We had 8 folks come out and help us on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! All together, they worked for more than 60 hours of extra labor. Without them, we would have really struggled to have finished covering all the rows in time.
Around noon I peeked under a few of our row covers, and those crops looked great! So I am very hopeful that we made it through this weather event with minimal crop loss!
I need to be getting back home before the roads start to freeze. I apologize for the shorter farm happening and customization window this week, but I was unable to get to the farm yesterday, and I do not have wi-fi at my home.
Thank you so much for supporting our farm! I will be sending out a recipe guide a little later this week! I hope you stay warm and enjoy some delicious home cooking!
Your Farmer,
Conrad Cable
