This week we had a small crew with lots to do. All our garlic processing since early July has come full circle to putting cloves back in the ground. Fortunately using the transplanter, we were able to get the job done with 3 people. We were glad to have students back from fall pause to help round out the week by mulching the freshly planted garlic fields.
