The summer harvest continues: beans, fresh garlic, fresh onions comin' in hot! Tomatoes and peppers will be here before we know it.
Pictured: the crew worked hard last week to pull in the garlic harvest. It was ready a bit earlier than normal due to the dry spring but that didn't seem to affect yield much - it looks great.
Today, the student and apprentice crew is headed to the Rodale Institute's field day in Kutztown. The Rodale Institute is a national leader in regenerative farming and we are excited to learn how we can improve our practices. We are always on a mission to improve our soils and the ecosystem around our farm while delivering nutrient dense products.
