Hello and welcome to week 2!
More farm fresh organic veggies on the menu for this week. Make sure you get some berries! Despite a rough start with berries, they are producing well this year.
As of today, we are running a full crew of summer student workers. Our summer student workers are Dickinson students who have applied and elected to stay on campus for the summer and work on the farm. They work alongside apprentices and our Crew Leader Kelsey to execute most of the labor needs of the farm. This morning they got right to work cutting greens and bunching veggies for tomorrows CSA shares.
