Last week, we cut down and tilled in the last of the tomatoes and peppers. All in all, it was a good year for both but at this point I can't help but think of all of the things we can do better next year. I keep a tab for each crop in our crop plan to keep track of all of these notes in real time. In the next few weeks, the whole team will gather and go crop by crop to build the plan for next year. Those notes will come in handy then.
