Winter Share Week 9!
This week I was fortunate to take a trip to Vermont and visit friends and family. Fresh, local greens are difficult to come by in the winter up there. It is certainly a different climate and made me remember how lucky we are to have fresh greens year-round! I am returning to the farm feeling especially grateful to have delicious organic vegetables for so much of the year.
