Winter Share Week 10!
It hardly seems possible that we've reached Week 10 of the winter share! This week we're prepping the seedling house for the first crops of the season. We are setting up heat mats and fans to get the space ready for starting onions, leeks, scallions, parsley...Pretty soon the house will be filled to the brim with green plants!
You'll see a new item on the list this week, from our friends at Lancaster Farm Fresh: Certified Organic Beauregard Sweet Potatoes. Our supply ran out around Thanksgiving, so we will be planting more this year! You'll also see the last of the purple sweet potatoes on the list this week.
