Hi everyone!
I'm still having horrible wifi problems, so the above picture of the peas is from last year, and, once again, all the farm pictures from last week will have to wait. Peas are new this week. We grow the "snap" variety, which is an edible podded type. Snap off the twiggy part and as much of the string as comes off, and enjoy lightly cooked or raw. It took me years to figure out how to reliably get a good crop of peas and it's very gratifying.
Zucchini are starting to come in a little but are a good week behind because I'm not planting them (or anything else) on plastic mulch this year. There are a few for this week and by next week we will be swimming in them.
