Meet Chuck Moose, who grew up on his family's dairy farm north of New Wilmington. He now farms that same land, but he raises grass-fed beef, pastured chickens, and pastured turkeys.
While January weather has felt more like April many days, the lack of sun makes the greenhouse plants grow very slowly. Your farmers are preparing to start some seeds this month for spring transplants. Animals are having babies (we have 31 new lambs on our farm so far). Our land is resting, and there is a LOT of mud everywhere.
This Week's Features
- Spinach from Harmony Grove Farm! Plus lesser quantities of a few other greens.
- Hummus: Jalapeno Cilantro, Original, and Olive

We are planning next summer's CSA and are working on getting sign-ups open in early February.
Have a great weekend!
