You'll notice a distinct transition in the shares this week.
The spring crops have passed (cabbage, cauliflower, turnips, peas) and the summer crops have arrived (tomato, cucumber and summer squash)!
We are also in transition for fall planting. The 'big' crops are in the ground! This includes lots of cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli and carrots (6 beds!). Now, we are working on planting 'in-betwen' crops like fennel, kale, kohlrabi and radicchio. After that, we'll be seeding the fall turnips, radish, arugula, rapini, and spinach. The lettuce planting continues biweekly!
