Frieda and I found this chrysalis in the greenhouse this morning. We are growing native plants, including swamp milkweed. A couple of weeks ago, we saw a monarch caterpillar on the milkweed plants. And this morning we discovered this chrysalis! Which just goes to show...'if you plant them, they will come'!

Back to the vegetables! We have one more week to weed, mulch, tidy, prune and trellis in the garden. Next week, we start seeding and planting for autumn!
