Hello farmshare members! We have another great week of vegetable abundance upon us! We've been loving the summer weather but the rain interlude earlier in the week was just as lovely. The crew got all the garlic out of the field, and it is now curing in a shade-covered greenhouse. This always marks a transition in the season. The greenhouses are getting less and less filled up with baby transplants and the fields are getting fuller. And with garlic in, we are already thinking towards the autumn, when storage crops fill our covered spaces to the brim. For now, enjoy those greens (and that cauliflower-yum!) and we look forward to sharing more crops as they come on.
