Our hoop houses are looking great for November-January winter greens harvest. These late indoor plantings of spinach, kale, lettuce mix, swiss chard, scallions, bok choy, and radishes will fill your CSA boxes with fresh greens even when it's freezing and there's snow on the ground outside!
Keep in mind that your Main Season CSA Share goes until the end of November. Our Winter CSA Share shifts to bi-weekly pickups throughout December and January. If you're not already signed up for a Winter Share, sign up today! Space is limited, so don't wait until the last minute.
Simply log-in to your CSA account, when you're on the "My Profile" page, click "Place Order" and you'll see the option to purchase a Winter CSA Share.
