The crossover between summer and fall brings us tasty favorites like sweet peppers and heirloom tomatoes, along with fresh lettuce and spinach, hearty potatoes, sweet carrots, aromatic onions and garlic, broccoli, cabbage and lots of fresh herbs! This time of year is exciting with all its bounty... and rainbows.
We're working long days to bring crops in from the fields for winter storage- squash, beets, carrots, cabbage. Meanwhile we're filling the greenhouse with fall transplants for the hoop houses, which will grow greens through the end of December!
