On our corn, that is. Sweet corn is coming! Although you may have reached the point where you think corn should be on your plate, it just isn't so in central Oregon, but it is on it's way. We don't grow a lot of corn because it's a space hog on our small farm, but we love it and we know you do too, so we grow some every year for our CSA and market customers. We can't wait to taste it this year, we expect the first ears in 3-4 weeks.
In this week's box, is another long list of summer variety! We've got more basil available this week- swap your bunch out for a double bunch pesto special if you need more and save a dollar! We've also got the first of our green beans- in limited quantity. We've got more cucumbers and zucchini, and broccolini again in case you didn't get your fill last week. And we've got one more week of available red cabbage, in case you made kraut and ate it all already like I did. Check your email and profile for more availability.
