Our field is finally starting to look like it's growing this past week, due to some warmer weather, and we are so relieved. Growth has been slow this season, but demand has not, and we're excited to be harvesting more food every week now. Boxes are looking very green this week as our spring field plantings come on full force, but we've also got the first trickle of summer flavors and sweet, crisp, amazing Sugar Snap Peas.
So much new in boxes this week: Arugula! Sugar Snaps! The very first Zucchini! Baby Lettuce Mix! Rainbow Chard! And a few optional early Tomatoes for those who can't wait-- we'll have more coming your way very soon as more varieties get a move on!
