Wow, what a weather shift this past week. We're glad to have some heat on the farm to get all of these crops moving. The field is full of promise, but is still surprising even us how things are still feeling behind our normal harvest schedule. We are just on the cusp of mountains of beets, broccoli, broccolini, and basil. We can't wait! Thankfully the greens are still holding it down, and we certainly can't complain about our early tomatoes.
We've got another great box for you this week. New this week are Fennel, Dill, Cilantro and Romaine Lettuce. We've also got the last Salad Turnips of the spring, and the last big flush of garlic scapes. Enjoy them while they last, but we're also excited that fresh garlic will be here very soon!
