Long summer days have pushed out crops in high gear, which means our head of lettuce are enormous, and our slow-growing roots are finally ready for picking! We're in a race against our crops... help us keep up! This week we have for you:
Greens: cute little Napa Cabbage heads, XL Red Butter Lettuce heads, Salad Mix, Arugula, and Spinach (hot days are great for cool salads!)
Roots: Carrots, Chioggia Beets (beautiful pink candy cane centers)
Alliums: Green Onions
Fruits: Snap Peas and Cherry Tomatoes-- we're a bit in the in between for summer crops-- from our heated to unheated tomato successions, and waiting on the real boom of Zucchini and Cucumbers, but they're coming so soon!
