And just like that October is here!!! The trees and bushes are starting to turn color and it is beautiful.
Sooo we are starting our fall veggies big time now. This week we have the jumbo carrots, red and gold
beets, turnips, parsnips, and cabbage. Now you can make a batch of kraut for winter eating!!!. Or just
a big pan of roasted veggies!!!
