So glad summer is finally here. We are about 3 weeks behind where we usually are
with things to harvest. That makes it really hard!!!! We are busy cutting hay and

Got lots more planted this week, still looking for the warm summer weather!! Had lots of help planting lettuce.
We are starting to get some chard, kale, and cucumbers. Will be a few for this week but next week will be lots

We are still getting lots of planting done between storms. This is a picture of my planting crew earlier this spring.
They are learning young. Looks like we are going to have some real Stock Show weather this weekend, so ENJOY!!

About the farm
We are a small family farm in NE Oregon. We grow a large selection of vegetables, our own frozen beef, free range eggs, in addition to fruit, local honey and other items from local producers. Our gardens are on a southern slope which gives us excellent growing conditions. We irrigate with water from a spring and use a drip system which allows us to give the plants what they need and not waste any water. We do not use any chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides. We do not knowingly plant any GMO seeds or plants.
