This week I want to introduce Shepherd's hill Farm, Sheri will be offering you fresh baked goodies each week. Here is her story:
Shepherd's Hill Farm is what i named my little corner of the world when we moved here to Richland, Or., 28 years ago. I have
raised 6 kids here, grown most of our food, baked hundreds of loaves of bread and enough cinnamon rolls to feed an army!
I use the best ingredients I can find and afford. Non-gmo flours, raw cane sugar, sucanat or honey for sweeteners. Real butter, coconut oil, olive oil,
sea salt round out the list.
When a family member developed life threatening gut issues several years ago, I began to take sourdough serious. I am in the process of adapting all of our favorite treats to a sourdough version, I have to say I have not met a sourdough treat I don't like!
