What a beautiful Indian Summer and Fall we have had. We got most of the garden stuff
done for winter, still need to put plastic on a hoop house. The cows are worked and we started
feeding hay. I'm finishing the last of the canning and we made apple cider this weekend. 20 gallons
of honey crisp and jonathon. Is really good!!! Then we did some envy and envy, golden delicious.
Wow!! was that ever good. Fun to try the different flavors.
We have spring salad mix from Nella and kale from Becky this week.
