Fall is here! Along with it comes pumpkins,squash, potatoes, and onions! It’s a great opportunity to make some fresh stew or a roast with all the fixin’s. But don’t forget the salad! Salad is especially delicious this time of year, if mixed greens are your jamb, than get mesclun! It’s pretty great right now. Arugula pizza more you speed? Green salsa from tomatillos? We still have some and they go great with chicken or chick peas. Lettuce mix is still stellar and you can get all the toppings to make an chef jealous! I hope y’all are enjoying your boxes and it looks like we will make it 4 more weeks together albeit with a bit more limited selection as we draw down to the end. Please, if your not happy with things, just reach and we will try our best to make it right!

About the farm
Wild Coyote Farm is a Certified Organic small family farm in beautiful Southwest Michigan, dedicated to organic, regenerative, and sustainable growing practices to produce delicious and nutritious produce and eggs. No synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, GMOs, or anything harmful to any part of the precious land and environment we steward. We grow everything in soil (no hydroponics) and focus on soil health to grow the most nutritious produce. The animals we raise (chickens and sheep) rotate as part of our soil health plan, are pastured and humanely cared for.
