Things that happen on the farm

Posted on August 1st, 2024 by Shelli and Paul Meulemans

When August happens on the farm, you quickly realize that the pace of life in July, which seemed precariously hectic, has the potential to be outpaced. Day to day responsibilities become a mishmash of identifying the absolute most important tasks, with an eye towards accomplishing them as efficiently as possible. Alas, we are in the “dog” days of summer, but they haven’t been so bad on the farm, having been blessed with great weather and bountiful harvests.

If you happen to stop by the farm, please excuse the mess here. It’s hard to get all of that cared for with the farm being in full swing. We should have another great box of produce for you this week, please let us know if there are any issues with the products we deliver! We are try our best to keep quality really high, if you’re not totally satisfied with something, let us know and we will make sure to correct it!

By the way, have you tried the pickles? They really are delicious! Give ‘em a try, they won’t disappoint.
