I like to think that we have two season here on the farm, tomato season and winter, but we don’t always get tomatoes rocking quite that early in the spring. But, though we have tomatoes for a long time, there definitely is allot more that come out if the field in the summer time. Thousands of pounds of tomatoes will get picked each week here at the farm for the next 4 weeks or so, so it’s a good time to get a bulk order in if you like to can them or process! We have bulk available in inventory or if any of you want substantially more and are okay with field run, just reach out.
I hope that you all are enjoying the peak summer bounty that we have had and will have again for this week. This time of year with the product mix that we have, there is a higher likelihood of bad spots on product getting missed at the packing stage.
