Lots of new harvests this week! Our first field carrots will be dug this week and we're hoping to get a lot out of this planting. The carrots to this point were all planted in our hoophouses. We have a new crop of beets of our own which are really nice this week and as well this will be our first week digging new potatoes.
Please note that I have adjusted the cutoff to 7 pm instead of 8 pm on Tuesdays. I just didn't have enough time Tuesday night to get delivery routes together and figure out all our harvest lists for Wednesday so this allows me to get to bed on time!
