Despite the unusually cold weather this week, we're very excited for spring! Last week we got our first field transplants in the ground. In the photo, baby brassicas (cabbages, kohlrabi, and kale) are nicely protected from wind and frost under row cover.

We have lots of lettuce this week so we are putting our XL bag on special. Our late winter planting in the greenhouse has yielded well and it's a very nice crop so consider doing big salads this week! Also note that our bag size has changed. Friendlier containers have 160g for $61 read more »
